Mr. Prasanth CS, with over decade of leadership, serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Turret Engineers Builders Pvt. Ltd. His team benefits from his profound technical expertise and sharp business acumen. Hailing from a lineage of thachu shastra experts, he unwaveringly upholds the pinnacle of quality and excellence within the construction industry.

- Mr.Srinivasan Sundar Swamy – CEO
Mr.Srinivasan Sundar Swamy was graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras in 1968. He is a post graduate in Civil Engineering specialized in Building Technology & Construction Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has joined in the Kerala State Public Works Department as Assistant Engineer in 1975. He was working in the Design wing. He worked for five years as the Chief Engineer of a Construction Company Al Qart in Oman. He was the Regional Manager in the Kerala State Construction Corporation and constructed Cochin University Administrative Building. He served in the Kerala State Irrigation Department in the capacity of Asst Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer and finally retired as Superintending Engineer in 2000. Now he is with Turret Builders. Having the experience in the whole spectrum of Civil Engineering,- Programming, monitoring, technical auditing, Quantity & quality Surveying, Testing & Quality Control, Lay out and planning of housing colony, Building Designs, Structural Designs, Designs of Roads , bridges, culverts. Drainage, Sanitary, Water Supply etc, his resource and leadership is the tool for our success. He is the Registered First Grade Engineer in the Local Self Government of Kerala which is an added advantage.
